PowerFix Appointment Disclaimer

1. Non-Refundable Downpayment

Once you decide to back out from a scheduled appointment, your downpayment becomes strictly non-refundable. This is due to the operational costs PowerFix incurs in preparing for the appointment, blocking a technician’s schedule, and the opportunity cost of turning away other clients for your reserved time slot.

2. Possible Delays

There may be delays in technician arrival due to external factors such as heavy traffic, flooding, or bad weather conditions. Please understand that these circumstances are beyond our control. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding if the time needs to be adjusted.

3. Possible Price Adjustments

Initial quotations are based solely on the issue reported by the client. In some cases, after proper

inspection and diagnosis, the actual issue may differ and may result in a price change. Rest

assured that no repair will be done without informing and getting your approval first for any price

change.

4. Communication Outside PowerFix Platform

All communications between clients and technicians must be done within the official PowerFix platform (app, website, or verified channels). PowerFix shall not be held liable for any transactions, agreements, or services arranged outside the platform, including but not limited to:

- Direct conversations via personal Messenger, SMS, or calls - Off-platform payments

- Unauthorized repairs not booked through PowerFix Disclaimer: Any repair or interaction that does not originate from a verified PowerFix booking is considered outside our scope, and PowerFix will not be responsible for its outcome, warranty, or service quality.
